P3, P4, P5, P6 Area & Perimeter — cases of cutting corners vs cutting sides

"cutting corners" maintain the perimeter of the original rectangle. (fyi, a staircase shape is also a cutting corner case)

while
"cutting sides" increase (not reduce!) the perimeter of the original rectangle

Area of course will be reduced in both cases
